International orders are eligible for return for 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with shipping the item back, and original import broker’s fees or import duties are not refundable, except in case of a Dongar Technologies' error (sending the wrong item, defective items, shipping to the wrong address, or shipping with the wrong carrier). 

If you receive a defective item or the wrong items are delivered, we may issue a refund for international orders without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos.

It is important to keep in mind that all returns require inspection before a refund is approved, which may take some time.

To start a return, you can use our Returns Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
