To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded and that in the case of international returns import broker's fees or import duties are non-refundable, except in cases of a Dongar Technologies error (sending the wrong item, defective items, shipping to the wrong address, or shipping with the wrong carrier).
Because all returns require inspection before a refund is approved, this may take some time. Additionally, it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In the case that you have received a defective item, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos.
