Dongar Technologies provides a one-year warranty for all Dongar products purchased directly from us or our authorized resellers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original delivery date. During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, free of charge. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions to the warranty include damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal use. 

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or order confirmation and the defective product must be returned to us as instructed by our customer support team. The cost of shipping the product for warranty service is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the defective product is received, our technical team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action. Repair or replacement may take place within a reasonable period, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Any repairs or replacements performed under warranty do not extend the original warranty period. The remaining warranty period will continue based on the original purchase date.
