We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 30 days after your original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note that the initial shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded. For international returns, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returning the item. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong items are delivered, we may issue a refund for international orders without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos. Import broker's fees or import duties are non-refundable, except in cases where it is Dongar Technologies' fault.
It is important to keep in mind that all returns require inspection before a refund is approved, which may take some time.
